personal story - no educational value  - gonna be a waste of your time reading further

I should have known better.  I have six sisters.  I have a fiance.  My best friend is female.  Yet somehow I made a cardinal sin in the female world.  I am not going to embarrass myself even more by repeating exactly what I said.  Let’s just say that I told a lady that her hair was not perfect. 

In my stupid neanderthal male mind I thought I was being helpful.  Of course when my best friend who witnessed this faux pas immediately hit me I knew I had made a blunder.  I was hoping to get past this.  Those hopes were dashed when recently I found out that the lady in question has informed all of her friends and co-workers about my comments.  I am known as the guy who commented on her hair (trust me its not good).

Since it ain’t going away I am going to live it up.  I am going to take this opportunity and highlight a good example of hair - my own.  My hair is beautiful.  It is nice and fine, you could even call it silky smooth.  The best part about my hair is that I barely need to maintain it.  I just brush it in the morning and all day long it looks great.  Maybe I am denying the world a more beautiful head of hair with my conservative hair style but that is my style. 

So to everyone who has heard about my comments - YES I said it.  I am a secure metrosexual man who is willing to comment on anyone’s hair going forward.  Just go ahead and ask.  I’ll even comment on grunge hair from Seattle
