As many of you know GoodROI is located in Manhattan, New York because the tax rates are just so affordable . As I was talking with people at Pubcon I found there were quite a few people that were also located in or around NYC that I was unaware of.
I am holding a Roll Call for all geeks that are in or around New York City. I already know about Barry aka Rustybrick, Michael Gray aka Graywolf and Todd aka Stuntdubl. Who else is out there.
If you are not in the New York area, than I feel sorry for you. New York is great. Where else can you order Pizza, Chinese, Thai, Italian, French and many other foods and get it delivered to your computer 24 hours a day. I’ve been told New York also some cultural benefits. With all of those take-away food options doesn’t it just make you want to move to New York right now
.

I’m visiting New York next summer, considering moving there next Fall.

Seamlessweb rocks this West Village online food delivery orderer.
the food delivery is so good in manhattan i think i might be able to convince a swedish friend to move here
New York is incredible, moved here in 2004, going on my 3rd year. I didn’t know you were in NY Greg.
You think you got food, try Tokyo. I understand now why the Japanese are so comfortable in NYC, it’s very much like home. Just walking down the streets in Roppongi or Akihabara after dinner can cause one to want to stop and pick something up at the udon or yakitori stands.
Seoul is really good for eating as well, Itaewon is the bar area, but also has a lot of really good sit down places, there is a little noodle bar outside Yongsan that you can get a full meal for about 10K Won, noodles, rice, kimchi, meat, really good food.
Suffice to say, I don’t think you got a monopoly on culinary delights there
Bugger I’m hungry
