		<description>You state that quality content is important.  What is quality content?  Content that is good for the users experience right?  What about generated content?  Let&#039;s say you took a bunch of relative paragraphs and rotated them in generated pages inserting generated keywords where they fit.  Would this be considered relevant?</description>
