White Sauce aka White Gravy

White Sauce Recipe

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper

Heat and stir until thickened. Never add more flour to hot liquid.
